The wavelength emitted by safetyUV, UV-C of 222 nm is unable to penetrate the external surface of the cornea or the human cell membrane.
The Safety UV screen has been tested in compliance with law 81/08 ROA, and certified as not dangerous for humans by the Chemistry Department of the University of Milan.
